Four people are in the roomA two-by-two figure showing the four attitudes present in every team: someone worried about their job, someone who has never opened an AI tool, someone already teaching themselves, and the person who decides for all three.Who is actually in the roomFour people are in the roomTraining that answers only the software question loses three of them before lunch.01Worried about their jobHas read the headlines. Will be polite in thesession and change nothing after it.→ Answer the replacement question first, out loud.02Never opened oneWon't say so in front of the team. Needs amental model before a prompt.→ One job, start to finish, on their own laptop.03Already teaching themselvesUsing a free account, unasked. Fastest in theroom and the biggest exposure.→ Close the three gaps self-teaching leaves.04Has to decide for all threeOwns the P&L and carries the risk. Wants therule, the cost and the boundary.→ A written policy, then training that defends it.ai-at-work.au — the position behind all four: this is about the team you already have getting more done.
The industry layer changes the vocabulary. The four people in the room do not change.

AI training built for your industry

One core skill set, then a thin application layer for the work that actually fills your week. Twenty-two tracks, all published.

Published tracks

A vertical gets published when the task detail is real enough that an owner reads three lines and recognises their own week. If yours reads like a template with a swapped noun, tell us — we’d rather fix it or pull it down than leave it up.

Every track is published

There is no waiting list any more. Twenty-two tracks are live, covering finance and compliance, property and construction, health and care, legal and professional services, and trades and field services.

A vertical only goes up when the task detail is real enough that an owner reads three lines and recognises their own week. If yours reads like a template with a swapped noun, tell us and we’ll fix it or take it down.

What we don't take on

Anything where a wrong output is a regulated harm rather than an inconvenience: clinical medicine, financial advice, tax positions as opposed to tax administration, and anything requiring domain expertise we don't hold. Credibility is the whole product here, so the boundary is published rather than discovered later.

If your industry isn't here

About seventy per cent of this work is identical across industries. The assessment has a general path that produces a real plan without a published track — start there, or tell us what you do and it may well be the next one built.

Published tracks

Seven published, and the taxonomy behind them covers ten families and around forty-five verticals. We publish one when the task detail is real enough that an owner reads three lines and recognises their own Tuesday — not before. Forty pages that are ninety percent template with a swapped noun would read as thin to you, to Google and to the AI assistants people now ask for recommendations.

If your industry isn't here yet

The foundations don't change — roughly seventy percent of the work is identical across industries, which is the whole basis of the curriculum. What an unpublished track means is that we haven't written your version of the task detail down, not that we can't run the engagement.

In practice the first call does the work the page would have done: we ask which jobs are done by the person who also signs the cheque, and the answer sequences the modules. Brokers, recruitment, builders, beauty and aesthetics, hospitality, ecommerce, not-for-profits and migration agents are the ones most often asked for.

Tell us what the business does and what's eating the week. An unpublished industry is not a barrier.

The questions we get asked about this

Why not just publish all forty?

Because thin pages with a swapped noun are obvious to a reader and to a search engine, and they cost the credibility that is the entire product.

Do you charge more for an unpublished industry?

No. What moves the figure is team size, number of sites, regulated complexity and how much is built with you — set out on the scope and price page.

Not sure which of these you need first. The assessment asks nine questions and comes back with the modules in the right order for your work — including whether a policy should come before any training. Build your plan.

Tell us what's eating the week

One form, one reply from a person. We'll tell you which engagement fits, roughly what it costs, and if we're the wrong fit we'll say so.
